When conflict arises in our community, our practice is to address the issue with the person closest to the situation. For example, teachers and families should communicate directly regarding academic and social concerns. Teachers and families should communicate with the Director of Community Relations or the School Leader if the matter remains unresolved. School administration will coordinate a meeting with the affected parties and the Board of Directors when appropriate.
