School Supply Drive
Students are not required to bring any supplies to school other than appropriate outdoor gear and a water bottle. Families may choose to contribute to our shared supplies by bringing in items from our Supply Drive List. Items can be brought to school during Glow Night, our back to school event at the end of August.
Instead of bringing in shared supplies, some families opt to make a financial donation for supplies to Northern Lights instead. We accept donations via check or via Paypal.
Loose Parts Donatations
Why Loose Parts Matter in a Reggio inspired school:
Loose parts are the raw materials of invention. They encourage children to think critically, express ideas through multiple "languages" such as art, construction, and storytelling. Students at Northern Lights use loose parts to bring their thinking to life. We have a dedicated “Loose Parts Library” room that students can access for needed parts.
We need your loose parts!
